I have diabetic neuropathy, I am using medicines,?

Why sometimes I feel good, and sometimes I feel pain in my legs feel very tired AMD. I'm under control with suagr Medicne as a doctor, and if it has been confirmed. what could be the possible causes and how can I control the pain and weakness. Please recommend some ways to solve the problem. Neuropathy is very painful, it affects people differently.you need to talk with a therapist at your local hospital diabetes, you can do some exercises, and food may be different to try. I have neuropathy, too, and I wish there was something I could tell you solve the problem and the terrible pain that comes with it. All I could do what I call the pain management physicians. In other words: I have two things to control pain - OxyContin and Neurontin. Two or three times a day and keep it under control - not to eliminate pain, but it is certainly a manageable level. Sorry to say that the reason I feel the pain is that the damage is already done is irreversible, DN, and you can only prevent further damage at this point in the proper management of diabetes. Pain medications usually depending on the severity of pain. Sometimes doctors also give B-complex vitamins About tired, ask your doctor to check for thyroid gland problems, except for diabetes .
